KYB account verification onboarding steps for Businesses

  1. After you select Business & click Continue, you will be requested to read and agree to Bridge's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

  2. You will need to upload the entity's Business Formation Document(s) for verification, which shall provide the entity's legal name, the list of the UBOs showing the % of shares they hold, and the company registration or ID number.

    Please provide as many documents as you can:

    • Working Agreement

    • Articles of Association

    • Certificate of Incorporation

    • Certificate of Formation

    • Certificate of Good Standing, Bylaws

    • Articles of Incorporation

    • Share Registry.

    The documents can be taken directly from your device's camera or uploaded from your device. Alternatively, you can continue with a different device with a link we provide through a QR code, an email, or an SMS. Once uploaded, let's hit Submit.

  3. After successfully submitting all the required documents, each Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO) will receive an email notification from no-reply@bridge.frompersona.com within their inbox.

    This email will contain instructions for completing their individual verification, and UBOs are expected to complete this step within the following 7 days. To initiate the verification process, simply click on the "Verify Identity" button located at the end of the email. Clicking this button will open a new link provided by Persona in your web browser, guiding you through the necessary steps.

  5. Once all UBOs complete their individual KYC verification by submitting your information and documents, we will start to review your business onboarding request. This review may take up to 3 business days, so if you do not back from us after 3 business days, please contact our Support team.
