What do I do if I have received a suspicious e-mail claiming to be Stably?

One of the common threats we see is phishing. Phishing is a fraudulent attempt to obtain sensitive information or data, such as usernames, passwords, and credit card details, by disguising oneself as a trustworthy entity in an electronic communication.

If you receive a phishing email that fraudulently claims to be from us, Stably, please take the following steps:

  1. Contact our support team and attach a screenshot of the received email clearly showing the sender's email address.

  2. Delete the suspicious email from your mailbox.

  3. Avoid downloading any attachments or clicking any links within the suspicious email.

Your contribution to helping us maintain a secure environment for our entire community is highly appreciated. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any concerns or questions about phishing.
